The below policy are for faulty claim. Please note, we don't accept any change of minds return. We offer return for 7 days from the date of receipt, and we will verify your receipt date before processing.

1. Items must be unworn and unused and in a salable condition with the original tags still attached.
2. Returned items are your responsibility until we received and make sure the packaging is perfect to avoid any damage on the way.
3. We do offer exchange (subject to availability) in case of change of minds, but all delivery cost related to return the ordered and exchange product is your responsibility.
4. In case of exchange (If applicable or mentioned in any promotion) the exchange valued product must be equal or more.
5. All delivery cost related to return or exchange is buyer's responsibility.
6. There are no refund for delivery cost at any form of term.
7. We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving the product in an acceptable shape.
8. It may take 14 working days till the refund amount shown in your account.
9. Refund will be processed in the same mode of payment during purchase.
10. No refund, return or exchange for SALE item until unless mentioned.
