What to Wear to Which Function
For a wedding day, go heavy. A Banarasi or a rich silk saree with gold work looks formal and holds its shape all night. For a reception or a party, lighter fabrics are easier to manage. Net, organza and georgette move better when you dance and feel much lighter by the end of the night.
