Shipping policy

 

🛍️ Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

 

All orders are processed and shipped from Australia. We are committed to getting your fashion items to you as quickly as possible.

For made-to-order express delivery, all orders will be shipped from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh.

If stitching is required, the processing time is 4–6 days. Actual processing time may vary depending on the stitching style and material availability. 

1. Standard Orders (In-Stock Items)

 

  • Shipping Cost: FREE Delivery Australia-wide.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Quick Delivery (Express): 2-5 working days from the time your order is shipped.

    • Free Delivery: 5-8 working days from the time your order is shipped.

 

2. Make To Order (Factory Delivery)

  • Free Delivery: 10-14 business days from the time your order is shipped.

Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All estimated delivery times begin once the order has been processed and shipped.


 

🛡️ Damaged Items Policy

 

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we will ensure you are covered.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately upon receipt and provide photographic evidence of the issue. The item must be returned to Gleemium Fashion for inspection and verification. Upon confirmation of the defect or damage, a refund may be issued. Refund processing may take approximately 15–30 business days, subject to the financial institution's terms and conditions.


 

🔄 Returns and Exchanges Shipping

 

If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/colour), please note the following:

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for and will pay for the cost of return shipping back to Gleemium Fashion.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, time frames, and procedures for initiating a return.
