Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across Australia? Yes — standard shipping is free on every order across Australia, with no minimum or maximum spend. Express delivery is available at checkout ($10 for in-stock items, $20 for made-to-order).

How long until my order arrives? In-stock items: standard delivery in 5–8 business days (free) or express in 3–5 business days ($10). Made-to-order items: standard delivery in 10–14 business days (free) or express in 5–8 business days ($20). Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

What does "made to order" mean? Made-to-order pieces are crafted specially for you at our partner factories before dispatch, which is why delivery takes longer (10–14 business days standard) than in-stock items. If stitching is required, processing can add 4–6 days.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size? Each product page has a Size Guide with Australian (AU) sizing and body measurements in inches and centimetres. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Is the item stitched or unstitched? Where a product offers stitching options, you can choose Unstitched (to be tailored by your own darzi) or a stitched size. For custom stitching, add your measurements in the cart notes at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange or return an item? Yes — we offer easy size exchange. Please see our Refund Policy for full eligibility, time frames and steps.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? All major cards, plus AfterPay — pay in 4 interest-free instalments. Prices are shown in AUD with no hidden fees.

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Will the colour match the photos? We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, though screen colours may vary slightly.
